Free shipping on all orders within the US (except Alaska & Hawaii).

Orders ship via UPS Ground and tracking numbers will be provided via email. Larger orders may be shipping using a common carrier. Orders can only be shipped to street addresses, no post office boxes. We usually ship all orders within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on production volume and material availability.

Items that affect waiting times are:

• Size of order
• Difficulty of order
• Delivery locations
• Fabric stock status

Returns

Due to the fact we custom all cushions and throw pillows available on this site, all orders placed are final and will be made exactly as ordered (according to the email confirmation you receive).

We cannot accept returns for cushions that do not fit your furniture unless it is a mistake on our end. Please take time to make sure the cushions you are ordering will fit your furniture. Please note that cushions are made to size within half an inch.

Fabric Colors: We also cannot accept cushion returns due to color or pattern dislikes. You should view fabrics and if you have a concern email sales@thecushioncorner.com to request a fabric sample prior to placing an order. Again, since our cushions and throws are custom made, we can not accept returns due to a customer not liking the fabric color or pattern.

There are no cancellations honored after the fabric has been cut.
